Thirty years of consulting, advising and teaching; and completion of a doctorate in the Reinvention of Work and Coach U; combined with an innate gift for addressing core concerns, contribute to exceptional insight and understanding that allow Joni to act as an inspiring facilitator, sounding board, warm mentor, wise guide, and relentless instigator.
