Q.  How is coaching different from therapy?

Coaches are not therapists. In the same way an athlete works with a physical therapist to handle pathology, psychotherapists handle personal pathology if there is any. Coaching isn’t like getting psychological help; it’s an investment in excellence, creativity, productivity, and in unleashing full potential. Coaches don’t tell you what to do but rather work in partnership with you to close the gap between where you are and where you want to be.
